Display International invests in the future: expansion and modernization of the joinery's machinery
Display International is sending a strong signal for the future with a comprehensive expansion and renewal of its machinery in the in-house joinery. As part of a significant investment, several central machines have been replaced and new ones purchased. These include the edge banding machine, the sliding table saw, the jointer and thickness planer as well as the sanding machine. These modern machines ensure that the high production quality and efficiency are maintained and expanded.
Particularly noteworthy is the new acquisition of a state-of-the-art CNC machining center from Homag. This enables Display International to achieve greater vertical integration and opens up new possibilities in the precise and complex processing of wood and other materials for exhibition stand construction and interior design.
In order to meet the new requirements and further optimize work processes, the carpentry shop premises were also expanded by around 200 square meters. This additional space creates room for more efficient work processes and supports the integration of the new machines into the existing production process.
With these measures, Display International is ensuring that it can meet the increasing demands of the market and continue to supply high-quality handcrafted products.
