This year, the Valeo Group is celebrating its 30th anniversary in China. With 31 plants, 11 research and development centres and almost 19,000 employees, automotive supplier Valeo offers its customers innovative technologies.
At this year's Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, Valeo presented itself with a modern exhibition stand, which was realised by our subsidiary DI Shanghai. There were around 30 days between the order being placed and the start of construction in order to make all the necessary preparations.
During the assembly phase, around 65 fitters were on site to erect the exhibition stand. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the entire team, the work progressed quickly.
A particular highlight of the pavilion was the generous use of glass and mirrors. These materials used light reflections to make the outdoor cabin appear more transparent, spacious and bright. In total, around 5 tonnes of steel and approx. 120 square metres of glass were used, with the focus on the use of lightweight materials.
Visitors to the Valeo stand were delighted. Many described it as the best stand ever, which naturally made our customer particularly proud.
This success is the result of close collaboration, creative design solutions and efficient realisation by everyone involved. We look forward to realising such innovative and impressive projects in the future.
